We are a full-service, Customs Broker and freight forwarder providing customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehousing, and container breakdown services for India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh air and seaports. With offices in India, Srilanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh, Accel has the knowledge, skills, and relationships necessary to provide you expert guidance and move your exports quickly, safely, and cost-effectively to your destination

Management Team

Paul Rajaratnam

Paul is an accomplished logistician and heads up the company’s freight forwarding functions, including strategic planning for B2B and B2C end-to-end delivery and all aspects of freight management and a specialist in airfreight management. He is also responsible for the company’s full-service sales and operations. Paul is a member of the management board of Accel Transport and Logistics.

Naushad Basheer

With over 25 years of experience Naushad Basheer heads up the company’s freight forwarding functions, including ocean carrier management, global contracts, operations strategy and performance improvement and a specialist in ocean freight management. He is also responsible for the company’s full-service sales and operations. Naushad Basheer is a member of the management board of Accel Transport and Logistics.
Naushad is also responsible for the full service and operations of our partner offices in Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh overviewing the entire services from the Indian sub-continent

Binu Varghese

With over 2 decades of experience in various fields Binu Varghese is a customs and logistics specialist and constantly seeks new ways of providing cost effective logistics solutions and services. Binu Varghese heads up the company’s logistics functions especially specialized transportation, customs bonded warehouse management, rail freight and specialized cargo handling. Binu is also responsible for our expert cool chain handling capabilities and odd size cargo handling services. Binu Varghese is a member of the management board of Accel Transport and Logistics.
